My recent not-work

Reading #

I grew up with my face in books, then for years lost the habit. I’ve been trying to fix that — here’s what I’ve recently finished, tracked with Literal.

Icons #

I’ve begun crafting icons in my spare time. It’s been a great way to experiment with new styles and expand my skillset — plus it’s fun to see my designs on friends’ home screens.

An iOS app icon of a leather book open to reveal a coffee brewing log, with a coffee mug-stain on the left page. The icon has a purple, diagonally-striped background and heavy lighting effects.

Made these on a nostalgic whim. No idea what to do with them, so if you’ve got an idea, hit me up. ↗︎

An iOS app icon of a black leather, 3-pocket wallet with detailed stitching and purple, blue, and orange cards nestled inside.

A personal replacement for Wallet.app. ↗︎

An iOS app icon of a brown leather photo album. A large photo of a sunflower is inset in the center, and pages peak out from the right.

Filmmaking #

I’ve had the enormous privilege to make a few films with a few wonderful people. I hope I’ll get to make another one soon.
